Operation Intergeneration is seeking a new location to reopen...we will update as soon as we find an adequate location
Operation Intergeneration Childcare/day school is a collaborative program with the residents at the Montana Veterans’ Home and children enrolled in the Farms’ program. Children and residents interact throughout the day for special events; gardening, farm animals, music, story, movies, meals, preschool, arts and crafts, etc.
Upon arrival, children come to the Montana Veterans’ Home Service Building to start their day. Daily program scheduling is set in advance so parents, caregivers and children know how and what to expect and prepare for. Children need to be prepared for all types of weather so they may be able to work in the garden and to help care for some of the farm animals.
